Roasted Potato Rounds

Roasted Sweet Potato Rounds & Roasted Yukon Gold Potato Rounds

  • Two Sweet Potatoes or Two Yukon Gold Potatoes, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp. Paprika
  • 1/4 Tsp. Cumin
  • Black Pepper to Taste

Toss potato rounds in olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, cumin, and pepper. Place potato rounds on a baking sheed lined with parchment paper. Try not to overlap rounds. Space them out so they can roast. Roast the potatoes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes, until they brown and get a little crispy.
